Welcome to the Center of Excellence - Information Systems Engineering and Management. The Center of Excellence is a collection of technology-oriented centers located at Tennessee State University. The original center was the Center of Excellence in Information Systems Engineering and Management established under the Centers of Excellence Program by Tennessee's General Assembly and the Governor. Over the past few years that center has grown to include a number of centers within the original. The Center continues to grow and change as it explores new uses of information technology.
