Phyllis Danner Program Director of Financial Affairs pdanner@coe.tsuniv.edu Phyllis Danner is the Program Director of Financial Affairs in Center of Excellence Information Systems. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University December 1982.  She was hired in 1983 in the Student Loan Department in Finance and Accounting Division.  During her tenure at Tennessee State University she has worked in a financial capacity for several areas such as Grants Administration, RIMI and Sponsored Programs.  As the Financial Director she oversees all financial transactions and activities of the center.  She was a Fellow in the Tennessee Board of Regents Geier Fellows Program.  She has a membership with the National Council of University Research Administration.
